SAP FICO Consultant needed- permanent inhouse role- fluent German needed

This is an in-house position at a successful growing international company. You will have an opportunity to work with a motivated multicultural team where your ideas matter.

This is a permanent position near Mannheim and requires you to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

Tasks

• Configure and optimize SAP FI and CO modules driving system enhancements and rollouts.
• Lead (sub)projects as a technical expert and strategic advisor.
• Support the transition to SAP S / 4HANA and ensure seamless process integration.
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to understand business needs and implement best practice solutions.
• Analyze risks and benefits to support decision-making in SAP implementations.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes to maintain system integrity and continuity.
• Conduct training sessions for key users to enhance system knowledge across the organization.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support.
• Oversee end-to-end value flows including SAP COPA and PCA integrations.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in SAP consulting or in-house SAP roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP CO.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and integration with other modules mainly logistics.
• Experience in SAP S / 4HANA.
• Understanding of ABAP programming is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
