Our goal is to make access to high-quality care products easy, reliable, and discreet through an outstanding online shopping experience. Responsibilities
Identify growth opportunities:
Research and assess new product categories, international markets, and sales channels to validate expansion potential. Own strategic projects:
Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact 0-to-1 growth initiatives and coordinate execution across teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product. Generate actionable insights:
Analyze global sales and portfolio data, prepare reports and forecasts, and provide the analytical foundation for management decisions. Improve commercial performance:
Evaluate portfolio performance across countries and channels and develop practical recommendations to increase revenue and profitability. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, or a related field. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, at C1 level or above. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets and spreadsheets to derive clear, actionable insights. Structured problem-solving approach and strong communication skills. Hands-on, proactive, and curious mindset — you take initiative, think ahead, and do not wait to be told what to do. Relevant experience from e-commerce, consulting, startups, scale-ups, or other business-related fields
