Your responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a group of consultants within our EPM Berlin team. Support their performance, development, and market strategy.
• Business Development: Build strong, long-term client relationships and expand our presence across the Life Sciences market in Germany.
• Candidate Engagement: Manage candidate pipelines, provide consultative support, and guide talent through the hiring journey.
• Strategic Growth: Contribute to the expansion of our EPM brand in Berlin and help shape team culture, processes, and market positioning.
• Market Expertise: Stay close to industry developments, trends, and regulatory updates to offer informed recruitment solutions.

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter - ideally within Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, or related technical sectors.
• First leadership experience or a strong interest in stepping into a team lead function.
• Deep understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and client management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A track record of consistent performance and target achievement.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, CRM systems, and sourcing technologies.
• A proactive, growth-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English skills - essential in our international environment.
