More and more of Phare Consulting Group's projects are for German companies, so we are adding a Junior Business Analyst to combine our clients' revenue, cost and customer data and model scenarios for their business plans. It is a full-time position you do from home, wherever you live in Germany. Our team is in Miami, six hours behind German time, so expect some calls in your afternoon. You also work online with our project team and with our clients' finance and sales departments.

Companies come to us before a big decision, such as a price change, a new market or an investment, and we check whether the numbers behind it hold up: demand, customer economics, costs and funding. Our clients are financial services, industrial, technology and healthcare companies.
Day to Day
- Request data, check it and reconcile it with accounting
- Build data sets and models in Excel
- Run scenarios and sensitivity analyses
- Create charts and tables for reports
- Prepare and minute interviews with client departments
- Record open questions and follow them up
You Should Have
- Excel, including pivot tables
- An internship or first job in consulting, controlling or analysis
Good to Have
- Degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or mathematics
- SQL, Power BI or Python
- Knowledge of pricing or cost accounting
- Experience with data from industrial or software companies
