A position is being advertised for the Market Research & Business Development (MF&BD) department

Manager Business Development (m/f/d)

Tasks:

1. Actively seek partnership and licensing opportunities to strengthen the BC product portfolio
2. Initiating contacts with potential partners
3. Support (preparation and follow-up), coordination and independent implementation of negotiations with internal and external partners
4. Management of interdisciplinary and strategic national and international projects
5. Evaluation of market potential as well as the identification of new business opportunities and cooperation opportunities with local and international partners
6. Coordination and creation of product and company evaluations as well as business plans
7. Conducting business analyses, creating and presenting forecasts, SWOT analyses, business cases and tracking trends

Requirements:

1. Completed direct study in economics, natural sciences or health economics
2. Extensive relevant professional experience in healthcare, preferably in a pharmaceutical company
3. Extensive project management experience as well as extensive experience analyzing data from the pharmaceutical industry
4. Very good analytical and conceptual skills and in-depth experience in forecasting, project evaluation and the creation of business cases
5. Strong presentation and communication skills paired with negotiation skills
6. Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of spoken and written English
