Proclinical is seeking a Global Study Lead for Investigator Initiated Studies. This role will ensure the effective evaluation, oversight, and documentation of studies within planned timeframes and budgets. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget planning, task assignment, and providing oversight to external support. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in clinical operations. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. Responsibilities: Provide expertise in Clinical Operations activities related to study execution and enabling projects. Manage activities contributing to the success of studies and Clinical Operations projects. Engage in continuous improvement and change management to enhance diagnostics solutions. Develop plans, manage budgets, and ensure consistency in study support. Collaborate across functions to implement best practices in Clinical Operations. Apply knowledge of standards and regulations in study reviews. Promote patient and customer-centric approaches. Foster an inclusive environment across diverse regions and cultures. Adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Work with Medical Affairs and other teams to support global strategies. Drive process improvements and harmonization. Oversee planning and operations of Investigator Initiated Studies. Manage study-level budgets. Key Skills and Requirements: Bachelor\’s degree in Life Science or related field. Experience in study management or clinical project management. Knowledge of Clinical Operations and product development. Problem-solving skills and ability to offer new perspectives. Proficiency with IT applications like GSuite. Fluency in English. Experience in multiple disease areas is a plus.
