For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an IMP Quality Clinical Packaging . Your role will involve ensuring the quality of IMP products meets Health Authority requirements and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Support all quality-relevant packaging processes and collaborate with packaging operations and relevant interfaces regarding GMP topics. Partner with stakeholders to provide GMP support, ensuring the successful delivery of company goals. Review and release manufacturing specifications and Batch Records (BR) for finished and semi-finished goods. Actively manage Deviations and Changes. Collaborate on local and global projects, engaging in optimization activities and improvements within IMP Quality Clinical Packaging Switzerland. Coordinate improvement projects and engage in corrective and preventive measures (CAPA). Build, verify, and implement standard documents (SOPs). Qualifications: Minimum Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a quality manager role. Strong knowledge of cGMP and quality requirements for clinical development phases. Experience in pharmaceutical development areas such as packaging lines, materials, master data management, quality control, or quality assurance is an advantage. Proven track record of working towards outcomes and solving problems innovatively. Strong team player with high self-motivation and the ability to inspire others. Ability to work in a purpose-driven organization, taking full ownership of assigned roles and tasks, and continuously improving individual and team effectiveness. Clear and professional communication skills in both German and English. Experience with SAP and Veeva is a plus.
