(Executive) Account Manager – Chromatographie (w/m/d)
Join Phenomenex as an (Executive) Account Manager for Chromatography across Germany. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales in a fully remote setting supported by a strong internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized business plans and sales strategies with customers.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with new and existing customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Track market trends and competitor developments, sharing insights with the sales manager.
- Respond to customer needs with tailored solutions and continuous improvement of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences.
- Strong knowledge of chromatography and related market workflows.
- Proven sales experience with measurable success.
- Enjoys consulting, negotiating, and spotting new opportunities.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Travel, Physical Requirements & License
- Approximately 70 % travel across the sales territory, including occasional overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s licence and safe driving behavior required.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Hands‑on laboratory experience with chromatography techniques (HPLC, GC, SPE).
- Sales experience in lab consumables.
