Senior Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d), full-time, Bochum

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development, optimisation and implementation of manufacturing processes in a medical environment
• Analysation, calculation and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies
• Connecting manual and IT-supported manufacturing processes with state-of-the-art AI and robotics technologies
• Analyzing and improving production performance using data-driven methods
• Application of lean management ideas to increase efficiency and reduce waste

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, medical technology or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience (>5 years) in production technologies and environments, ideally in medical industries with a focus on AI and robotics
• Intense skills in manufacturing technologies, knowledge of lean management, application of AI solutions and robotics
• German and English business fluent
• Well organized and with attention to detail while keeping a “getting the job done” and “problem solving” attitude
• Work independently and be a great team player
• Confident handling of AI tools, ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio etc.)
