ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :
a) To manage the sales promotions, campaigns and branding to ensure that the returns for these investments and spending must be generating value and profitability to the Company.
b) Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launching.
c) Promote and create content for the company’s website, and all social media platforms to maximize brand visibility to develop strong relationships and engagement with customers.
d) Research trends, develop marketing and business strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, and identifying customers current and future needs.
e) To conduct a customer engagement survey to measure customer satisfaction.
f) Lead and manage RFP/RFQ responses to ensure corporate objectives are met.
g) Analyse existing business strategies and provide recommendations for improvements.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
a) Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
b) Must have at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
c) Proven experience in strategic planning, market research, business development and project management.
d) Working experience in the logistics industry would be an added advantage.
e) Good communication skills in English.
f) Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent analytical skills.
g) Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
h) Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
