Impact You'll Own * Strengthen retailer engagement and advocacy * Build long-term retailer partnerships * Enhance the quality of B2B experiences * Increase transparency across event activities * Drive continuous improvement and innovation What You'll Do * Plan and execute B2B events across Austria * Manage agencies, vendors, and event partners * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders * Support retailer advocacy programs * Prepare project updates and communications * Maintain the B2B Events SharePoint * Coordinate on-site event delivery Skills & Capabilities * 1-3 years of experience in Event Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Support or a related field * Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, Sales or a similar discipline * Event and stakeholder management experience as well as strong project management skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Hands-on, proactive mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities * Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel * Fluent German and English, both written and spoken Rewards & Benefits * We offer you an all-in employment contract with flexible working hours, the possibility to work remotely, and a variety of benefits that enhance your well-being and quality of life. * This currently includes, among others: meal vouchers, a Wiener Linien job ticket, and a discounted MyClubs membership.
