Sr Manager, AI & Digital Transformation - Procurement in Lausanne

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

The Sr Manager, AI & Digital Transformation - Procurement will lead the digital transformation of Procurement and related functions, acting as the strategic link between Global Process Owners, Product Owners, IT, Data & Analytics, Delivery Teams, and innovation partners. This role will ensure technology, data, AI, and digital solutions deliver measurable business value and process-led transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation

• Partner with Source-to-Pay Global Process Owners to align digital priorities with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into digital strategies, roadmaps, and solutions.
• Drive process innovation, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and Data & Analytics to deliver scalable solutions.

Digital Product Leadership

• Lead Source-to-Pay Digital Product Owners.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and business outcomes.
• Oversee implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital and AI solutions.

Change & Adoption

• Drive user adoption and business readiness.
• Lead change management, capability building, and stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate progress, risks, and benefits to senior stakeholders.

Portfolio Governance

• Prioritise digital investments and manage transformation portfolios.
• Monitor budgets, risks, dependencies, and benefit realisation.
• Measure business outcomes and value delivery.

Who We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience, including 5+ years leading procurement transformation and digital initiatives within a global organisation.
• Strong Source-to-Pay and procurement expertise.
• Experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Product management and roadmap ownership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, data analytics, and change leadership skills.
• Portfolio governance and benefit realisation experience.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, or similar platforms.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications

• CSPO
• SAFe Product Manager
• Agile certifications

SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Ivalua, JAGGAER, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Power BI, Celonis, and Tableau.
