You will lead a production team during the shift and create the conditions to perform. You will translate production priorities into clear actions. /p pThis is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being close to operations, takes ownership of results, and knows how to combine high standards with supportive and engaging people leadership. /p h3Impact You'll Own /h3 ul liLead, coach and motivate your team, supporting performance, development and long-term career growth /li liPromote our safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach /li liDrive operational results, monitoring line performance, identifying emerging losses, and coordinating timely actions to achieve the production plan. /li /ul h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liOversee the processes of our Daily Management Systems (BOS, QBOS, CL, CIL…), ensuring their effectiveness and enabling the team to work on priorities /li liLead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) using operational data to focus the team on priorities /li liEnsure accurate input of operating data from the production floor to guarantee data integrity /li liEnsure continuity between shifts with structured handovers. /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liHigh School Degree with Technical background /li liExperience in Manufacturing, Team management and Quality Management System /li liKnowledge of lean production systems and MES, MPA, SPA, SAP /li liStrong problem solving and decision-making skills /li liFrench proficiency and good level of English. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pOur success depends on the talented people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
