We identify and activate ecosystems including startups, universities, technology providers, CDMOs, CMOs, and strategic suppliers to help PMI explore, experiment, execute, and scale faster.Who we're looking forWe are seeking a curious, proactive, and structured intern motivated by innovation, partnerships, and business impact.Student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Innovation Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure information and derive insights.Interest in innovation ecosystems, technology scouting, strategic suppliers, and external manufacturing partners.Strong organizational and project management capabilities.Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills;
AI or data tool experience is a plus.Exposure to Agile ways of working is an advantage.Fluent in English;
