As an Assistant Manager, your tasks are working with the Store Manager, being responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service, improving every sale, as well as bringing new clients, and improving the team’s CRM goals. On the operational side, the tasks include organising the stock procedures, minimising stock losses, maintaining a clean sales and stock floor, effective communication and training the team on product information and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly KPI’s, supporting the sales team on target achievement and supervising the daily operational tasks, such as circle counts, VM checks and reports. Profile Strong interpersonal skills Proven sales and management experience Organisational skills Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail Fluency in German is a mandatory requirement Fluency in English is a must; multiple other languages is a plus We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
