Talent Acquisition How you spend your day with us
Active management of the entire recruiting process from job posting to signing of contracts for new employees at our headquarters in Vienna and our international sales offices (USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Belgium, France, Australia).
Partner with hiring managers to identify the requirements and necessary qualifications for vacancies.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and engage top talent across the channels and approaches best suited to each role.
Active candidate management, ensuring a world‑class candidate experience through thoughtful, authentic, and timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
Conduct interviews and selection processes in collaboration with the relevant departments, including advising on the final hiring decision.
Responsibility for the process of obtaining work permits for new employees where relevant, including preparing, submitting, and tracking all necessary documentation, as well as monitoring and administrating any required extensions.
Maintaining and further developing our talent pool and relationships with potential candidates.
Employee Experience
Manage and further develop the entire onboarding process, ensuring continued contact as the trusted partner of new employees well beyond their first day.
Work closely with managers and departments to ensure an outstanding employee experience — flagging topics early and acting as a sparring partner.
Act as a point of contact and trusted person to employees, supporting on several HR operational topics in close collaboration with the HR Director.
Conduct onboarding reviews and farewell conversations, collate findings, and proactively share data points to drive improvement.
Collaborate with and support the HRM team, actively contributing to initiatives in organizational development, talent management, and related topics.
Identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation, promoting efficiency and transparency in HR processes.
Identify trends and best practices in the areas of talent acquisition and employee experience.
What You Bring In
A completed academic degree and at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and shaping the Employee Experience, ideally in a SaaS company and with a modern approach to HR.
Proven track record in successful international recruitment across multiple business areas as well as experience with IT recruitment (engineering and product teams) and familiarity with SCRUM/agile.
Fluency in both German and English is a requirement for this role.
A deep understanding of the importance of a positive candidate and employee experience, and success in implementing it in practice.
A keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills to engage candidates, employees and leadership stakeholders, and the ability to keep a broader gaze beyond your own focus areas.
You enjoy being the point of contact for our employees' concerns, are a team player, and convince others through a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
You work in an organized, independent manner and are able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Tech‑savvy and curious by nature, you help drive a modern, digital approach to HR forward.

You can expect a minimum gross annual salary of € 59 000 for this position, with the final package shaped around your experience and expertise.
