To be aligned with our Philips Operating Model with the business in the lead, we simplify and synchronize how we as People function deliver our services to our audiences (businesses, people and people leaders) with the goal of being more people-centric and delivering the best people experience possible. Enterprise People Strategy defines our People Strategy, focusing on enterprise and cross functional priorities and meeting the needs of internal senior leadership and external stakeholders. Enterprise Talent & Search focuses on executive audiences, integrating Talent Management and Recruitment for senior leadership positions. Within this team, Executive Search specializes in actively recruiting senior leadership talent using proactive headhunting, talent pipelining, market insights, and candidate intelligence across geographies and time zones.
Role
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Executive Recruiter to join the Executive Search team. You will help solve senior leadership searches while collaborating with the Executive Search Consultant on a primary portfolio. You will recruit the best talent for senior level roles and become an essential member of the Executive Search team. The role combines research, assessment and relationship-building to deliver exceptional service and value to hiring teams. The position is highly visible within the organization and with leadership.
How this role works
Depending on the search mandate and audience, you may lead executive search mandates and drive end-to-end delivery, or team up with an Executive Search Consultant to drive the search to completion. You will work closely with business leaders and people partners to ensure consistent delivery and deep insights from an overarching account perspective.

You will participate in kickoff meetings, develop search strategies, and advise hiring teams on marketplace trends and insights. You will contribute to preparation of position specifications, candidate presentations, client progress and reference reports.
Throughout active searches and talent pipeline projects, you will build a proactive executive-level candidate pipeline and engage top talent using strategic recruiting methods and channels, while conducting structured screening and assessments to identify top candidates.
You will proactively reach out to key executives, assess talent against search criteria, validate candidates through references, and partner with the Consultant to present a slate of qualified candidates to the hiring team. You will maintain close contact with candidates, informing them of process progress and supporting final stages of the search. You will help drive deliverables and prepare necessary documentation.
You will develop market intelligence on executives and executive-ready talent, share insights with the global Executive Search team, and package information for executive leadership. You will strive to become a true subject matter expert in Executive Search intelligence, insights, and recruiting strategies.
Key responsibilities

- Assess prospects against key criteria and guide the hiring process toward qualified candidates.
- Provide data and insights to influence successful completion (compensation data, background and reference checks, etc.).
- Drive client updates and reporting in line with global templates while ensuring data quality in Philips’ executive candidate database.
- Continuously build market, talent, and Executive Search expertise and engage with executives to build a strong talent pool.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Talent Management, People Business Partners, and Rewards Services to support executive offers and critical roles.
