Werkstudent/ Praktikum AI Innovation Marketing (all genders)

In this role, you will be part of the Western Europe Marketing team, supporting business execution while helping to accelerate AI adoption and automation across the region. You will work at the intersection of marketing, data, and support of AI projects — contributing to both day-to-day business impact and supporting building smarter, more scalable ways of working.

Your job

• Marketing Support & Analytics Support the marketing team with analytics, reporting, presentations, and day-to-day business tasks
• Create clear, insight-driven materials to support decision making
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization levers
• AI Adoption & Automation Support the rollout of AI use cases across Western Europe marketing
• Help support to identify and implement automation opportunities to improve speed, quality, and scalability
• Contribute to AI-driven process improvements and experimentation
• Smart Decision Support Translate data into actionable insights for business teams
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data-based decision making
• Tools & Experimentation Work with modern tools (Excel, with exposure to BI / AI tools depending on your skillset)
• Test and iterate new approaches in a pragmatic, impact-driven environment

You should bring the following

• Studies in: Business / Business Informatics, Data Science / Business Analytics or a comparable field
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Solid Excel skills (Python / SQL / BI / AI tools are a plus)
• Ability to communicate clearly and translate complexity into actionable insights
• Languages: German (fluent), English (good)

What We Offer You

• Internship Salary: Depends on the type of internship
• Voluntary internship lasting longer than 3 months: €2,419 for a 40-hour workweek
• Mandatory internship: The salary ranges from €900 (Bachelor’s degree) - €1,000 (Master’s degree)
• Salary for working students: Depending on your professional experience and your current degree program, your salary is €15/hour or €17/hour
