In this role, you collaborate with business owners, architects, product management, Q&R, and R&D leaders to shape the vision and program backlog. You ensure the execution of program priorities while maintaining the features\‘ conceptual and technical integrity throughout the product lifecycle to deliver great digital solutions to customers.
Your role:
- Contribute to and evaluate program vision, roadmap, and presentations.
- Prepare for release planning and refine program backlog.
- Draft team\’s objectives for program increment.
- Define and prioritize team iterations and stories. Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners.
- Maintain story flow, define stories, set acceptance criteria, and approve them.
- Support team with estimates and sequencing.
- Lead sprint planning and grooming sessions.
- Define requirements and user interface, identify system gaps, and validate with clients.
You are the right fit if:
- 4+ years as a Product Owner in medical devices or imaging technology.
- Technical expertise in medical device domain and understanding of CT scanner systems and components, including X-ray tubes, and cooling units.
- Experience in agile methodologies, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record in generating P&L savings through lifecycle management.
- Worked in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Effective in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor of Science in medical technology preferred.
