Overview
As a Clinical Consultant, you will deliver expert training and on-site support to ensure customers succeed with our ultrasound solutions. You’ll collaborate with project managers to drive smooth delivery and help shape future offerings by communicating clinical needs to product teams. Representing Philips at industry events, you will build professional relationships and contribute to continuous improvement. This role offers meaningful impact in advancing healthcare technology and patient care. You will work cross-functionally in a global context with opportunities for travel and professional growth.

- Provide expert training and remote/on-site support to customers and colleagues to ensure confidence with our solutions
- Collaborate with project managers to guarantee successful project delivery and client outcomes
- Offer hands-on clinical expertise for service contracts and system upgrades as a reliable point of contact
- Represent Philips at industry events to share innovations and build relationships
- Document work and product issues to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Communicate customer needs to product teams to influence future solutions
- Support sales activities with engaging product presentations that highlight value
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant medical field (ultrasound experience valued)
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s, or 1+ year with a Master’s (clinical applications, sonography, or customer-facing roles)
- Genuine interest in IT solutions and technology
- Resilient, constructive under pressure and open to feedback
- Self-motivated, proactive, capable of working independently and in a team
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Clear, confident English; at least B1/B2 German; willingness to improve language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
