Located near Zurich, Philochem integrates chemistry, biology, cell line development, and mass spectrometry to advance new therapeutic and diagnostic candidates from discovery toward clinical development. /p h3About the Position /h3 pPhilochem AG, part of the Philogen Group, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager with a strong scientific background to join its Clinical Development and Project Management team. The successful candidate will contribute to the scientific and operational management of clinical development programs, with a particular focus on innovative oncology therapies. The position offers an opportunity to combine scientific expertise with clinical project management in a dynamic biotechnology environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials in collaboration with a senior team member in accordance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulations. /li liContribute to the preparation and scientific review of key clinical trial documentation. /li liCoordinate and support clinical trial start-up activities, including site activation. /li liConduct scientific literature reviews, analyze clinical and preclinical data, and support the preparation of scientific reports and presentations. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liAdvanced university degree (PhD) in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific discipline. /li liStrong scientific and analytical skills, with the ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and interpret experimental and clinical data. /li liDemonstrated interest in oncology, drug development, and translational and clinical research. /li liExcellent organizational, communication, and scientific writing skills.
