I’m looking for M&A Director for one of the leading PE-backed clinics businesses in Europe.

You will work closely with the Head of M&A and actively engage in negotiations to support global corporate expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Head of M&A
• Participate actively in negotiations to develop the business internationally
• Develop business plans and select valuation approaches for targets

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 6-10 years of relevant M&A experience in a fast-paced industry
• Ability to independently handle mid-market M&A transactions
• Good knowledge of M&A processes and creative application skills
• Experience in PE-backed businesses, investment banks, or Big4 is preferred
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
