Origination lead - Insurance Broking - Germany

Position: Origination Director

Location: Remote across Germany

Industry: Insurance

I’m seeking a detail-oriented and experienced German-speaking Director to join a PE-backed Insurance provider. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background within the Insurance Industry and has a strong network within the DACH Insurance Broking space.

Experience ideally will be from within an Insurance company already but could also be from Deal Advisory or Investment Banking.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German, C1 level in English
• 5+ years of experience within the Insurance space.
• Proven relationships with brokers in the DACH region.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
