The Odoo Technical Lead is the primary technical expert for the company's Odoo platform and a key member of the Office IT team.
While Odoo represents the core focus of the role, this position extends beyond ERP administration and development.

Key Responsibilities Act as the internal subject matter expert for Odoo.
Lead the migration of business processes from legacy applications to Odoo.
Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo modules and workflows.
Design and implement scalable solutions supporting Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and other business functions.
Support business stakeholders in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
