Role Description The Investment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Zurich. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities, developing and refining investment strategies, and managing portfolios in line with the firm’s research-driven approach. The Investment Manager will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpret economic and market data, and prepare clear recommendations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, assessing risk and transaction costs, collaborating with research teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the investment platform. The role also requires participation in investment committee discussions and maintaining high standards of documentation, transparency, and compliance. Qualifications Strong skills in Investment Management and managing diversified Investments. Advanced Analytical Skills applied to Investment Strategies and financial decision-making. Solid understanding of Finance, including markets, instruments, and risk frameworks. Experience translating research and quantitative evidence into practical portfolio implementation. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Proficiency with analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, statistical or portfolio analytics tools). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rigorous, research-focused environment.
