We are seeking a dedicated individual for our Hamburg distribution center to support our branch management.

Your Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitoring and booking of material costs and investment calculations, including dunning procedures
- Creating and analyzing reports and statistics
- Supporting forecast and budget planning as well as balance sheet reporting
- Organizing meetings and corporate events
- Handling general administrative tasks (e.g., preparing presentations, mail processing, travel expense management)
Your Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training and professional experience
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Structured and proactive working style
- Excellent communication skills with an open and confident demeanor
