Your Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers with day-to-day lesson-related tasks
- Observing and supporting students in class and regularly monitoring their progressli>
- Communicating with parents, colleagues and external organisations
- Collaborating with the teacher in the classroom as well as supporting individual students
Your Profile
- Recognised qualification as an educator, a degree in education and/or an equivalent qualification
- Passion for working with young adults and in an international setting, ideally with experience of working in a school environment
- Fluency in German and native-level proficiency in English
- Identification with our pedagogical concept and the motivation to implement it creatively as part of a team
