This position is located in our laser development department. It involves the new and further development of electronic components of our light sources – from concept to series production.
Start: immediately
Working hours: Full-time or part time (min. 35 hours/week)
Place of work: Berlin-Adlershof
Your activity:
Your future tasks include:
- Development of new electronic components and devices for the laser sector
- Creation of EMC-, design- and production-compatible printed circuit board layouts
- Commissioning, testing and release of the developed hardware components
- Execution of conformity tests
- Creation of documentation and manufacturing documents for series production
- Revision and optimization of existing PCB layouts
- Redesign and modification of existing components and devices
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable qualification
- Sound experience in EMC-compliant PCB design as well as in the simulation and analysis of circuits with EDA tools, ideally Altium Designer
- German language skills on level C1 as well as English language skills on level B1
- Nice to have: Practical experience in microcontroller/FPGA programming, experience in project management, complementary knowledge in the field of physics/photonics
