My client is one of the world's leading professional services and technology firms and is building out its ServiceNow risk and security practice across Central Europe. This is a senior appointment with a direct line to the partner group, a defined path to practice leadership, and the remuneration to match.
You’ll own the architecture and delivery of Integrated Risk Management and Security Operations solutions for regulated clients in banking, insurance, pharma and manufacturing. That means shaping how a CRO sees risk, how a CISO closes vulnerabilities, and how both get wired into one platform. You’ll lead workshops with executive stakeholders, set design standards, guide a growing delivery team, and be the person the account leads bring in when the conversation gets serious.
We’re looking for someone with deep hands‑on ServiceNow experience, at least three years of which is in IRM, GRC or SecOps, and a track record of leading full implementations in regulated environments. CSA plus the Risk and Compliance or SecOps Implementation Specialist certifications are expected. A CISA, CRISC or CISSP is a strong plus.
You’ll need to be as credible with a head of internal audit as with a SOC lead. English is essential. German is a strong advantage and French is valuable for Romandie clients, but neither is a barrier for the right person.
