Your team
Technology & Operations (T&O) designs and integrates software applications ranging from portfolio management systems and trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations, while maintaining business operations and developing custodian and fund administration services.
The Workplace Technology Services (WTS) unit is responsible for providing a high performance desktop/mobile environment and the corresponding software to our business users around the world.
As a workplace Business Analyst, you will work on process optimisation and budget management for the Workplace Technology Services.
Your role
- Analysing current processes and workflows within our unit and in cooperation with other departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Preparing, reviewing and tracking the unit’s annual budget.
- Producing a cost structure report to provide clear TCO of workspace solutions for the business lines.
- Monitoring assets usage and optimising licence and hardware allocation to reduce costs.
- Liaising with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Collecting and analysing data to support decision making.
- Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights to management.
Your profile
- Higher technical qualification (HES or equivalent).
- Proficient user of data analysis tools and software (Excel, Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal/communication, client service and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
