Our department belongs to the Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liExecute and book transactions such as subscriptions and transfers orders for PE Funds and Private Placements. /li liOperate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests. /li liSupport and liaise with internal clients daily. /li liResolve issues arising from reconciliations. /li liManage risks associated with Private Assets operations. /li liParticipate in UATs and projects. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry. /li liExperience of 1 to 5 years in Private Assets Operations is a plus. /li liSolution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases. /li liStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. /li liProven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /li liCollaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. /li liInterest in automation and new technologies with the ability to design and maintain automated operational tools (Power Query, Power BI, scripts, low code, etc.) is a valued asset. /li liResident in Switzerland or willing to relocate. /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
