The Partner-owned financial service group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.We are seeking to recruit a Business Risk Manager based in Zurich, to strengthen our Swiss Asia team.Your roleGo-to person for AMLGuide Front Office at prospection levelWork closely with Bankers at Client onboarding by providing guidance and reviewing KYCAdvise Front Office on client lifecycle (e.g. transaction clarification, periodic review)Fraud, Intermediaries, Market Access & Other R&C MattersAct as the main point of contact for Swiss Asia front-staff and support the resolution of issuesContribute to R&C excellence by monitoring key indicators & supporting RMs and CROs in meeting their Risk & Compliance obligationsProvide active support in the annual risk self-assessment of the Zone (RCSA)Act as a key contact for auditors & follow-up on audit recommendations for the ZoneTrain & educate on R&C mattersPartner with Front Office on Risk & ComplianceReport & communicate on risk & compliance matters to the Management of the Zone and PWM R&CAdvise Front Office Management and PWM Risk & Compliance functions on how to improve risk & compliance managementKeep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate their impact to the ZoneActively contribute to ongoing improvements by sharing knowledge & best practices with the BRM CommunityYour profileMinimum 5-7 years of private banking front-line processes experience and/or AML related topicsIn-depth understanding of the wealth management industryFluency in English.
