Overview In this role you will lead the data-driven transformation of HR, turning complex people data into actionable insights that inform strategic workforce decisions. You’ll shape the analytics roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Based in Geneva or London, you’ll build and mentor a small team while advancing governance and analytics capabilities. This is a chance to influence HR strategy at scale within a diverse, matrix organisation.
