Overview In this role you will guide the vision, governance and operations for the network and security perimeter, ensuring stability, performance and security while driving modernization and AI-enabled improvements. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with business stakeholders and make strategic decisions to evolve perimeters in a regulated banking environment. The role combines technical leadership with people management to deliver resilient, compliant infrastructure. You will work closely with SOC, CISO, architecture and partner teams to align with policy and risk objectives. This is an opportunity to shape the bank's perimeter strategy at scale. Verantwortungsbereiche Strengthen LAN/WAN resilience with focus on cyber threats and geopolitical risks Ensure robust architectures, redundancy and disaster recovery across the perimeter Collaborate with security teams to align services with policies and regulatory requirements Establish disciplined change management and a culture of issue prevention and continuous improvement Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs for stability, incidents and service quality Drive AI adoption and AI-assisted capabilities within the department (automation, monitoring, routing) Define and execute modernization plan for network and security infrastructure Guide cloud and hybrid adoption in line with Group strategy Lead and develop heads of teams and engineers; foster accountability and collaboration Ensure coherent end-to-end solutions with other infrastructure and application leaders Zentrale Anforderungen 8-12 years IT infrastructure experience in banking/financial environments Proven leadership in complex networks and security infrastructures in regulated environments Strong networking knowledge and data centre/cloud architectures Solid security solutions understanding (firewalls, SASE, Zero-Trust) and cybersecurity best practices Automation and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) Fluent in English and French; ability to relocate to Switzerland Recognised leadership with ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams and partners Strong communication to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders and senior management Strategic, structured and solution-oriented with risk management focus Networking technologies and data centre/cloud network architectures Security solutions including firewalls, SASE and Zero-Trust Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ansible)
