Overview
In this role you will lead transformation of the end-to-end tax reporting framework for a Swiss private bank, partnering with cross-functional teams to design scalable, client-centric processes. You will map, optimize and document transversal tax-related workflows, assess regulatory changes, and drive continuous improvements. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders, supporting UAT, and ensuring process integrity in a fast-evolving regulatory environment. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position with a focus on reducing risk and increasing productivity.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Oversee, document and optimize transversal tax reporting processes in banking/securities operations
- Map and improve end-to-end business processes, quantify productivity gains and risk reductions
- Act as SME on process improvements, aligning with IT and business stakeholders
- Understand roles across front/middle/back-office, tax, IT to enable end-to-end optimization
- Drive incident resolution and root-cause analysis to create lasting improvements
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of business rules and processes
- Assess regulatory tax changes and new product launches, participate in UAT for process integrity
- Serve as main point of contact for process-related queries and guidance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years in banking or securities operations, preferably in operational tax, tax reporting, securities processing, or back/middle office
- Proven experience in process optimization, business analysis or project management within financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex, cross-functional projects
- Solid knowledge of tax reporting; expertise in transactional taxes is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a client-oriented mindset
- Ability to synthesize and explain complex topics clearly and concisely
- Tech-savvy with comfort using digital tools, data platforms and process automation
- Fluent in French and English
