Our department belongs to the Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.Your role- Execute and book transactions such as subscriptions and transfers orders for PE Funds and Private Placements.- Operate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.- Support and liaise with internal clients daily.- Resolve issues arising from reconciliations.- Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.- Participate in UATs and projects.Your profile- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.- Experience of 1 to 5 years in Private Assets Operations is a plus.- Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.- Interest in automation and new technologies with the ability to design and maintain automated operational tools (Power Query, Power BI, scripts, low code, etc.) is a valued asset.- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.NoteWe will not accept any CVs via agenciesPAOS/JLS/LSDiversity & InclusionPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
