Our department belongs to the Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.Your roleBook capital calls and distributions in clients’ accounts on Private Assets investments.Solve issues.Support and liaise with other Operations teams and internal clients daily.Perform validations and controls.Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.Your profileUniversity degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.Experience of 1 to 3 years in Private Assets Operations is a plus.Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Interest in automation and new technologies with the ability to design and maintain automated operational tools (Power Query, Power BI, scripts, low code, etc.) is a plusResident in Switzerland.NoteWe will not accept any CVs via agenciesPATS/JLS/CDDiversity & InclusionPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
