Overview
In this role you will design, build and maintain end-to-end web applications that turn complex sustainability data into actionable insights for responsible investing. As an early high-impact member of the Equities team, you will own architecture and delivery of intuitive systems that scale with business needs. You will integrate generative AI capabilities into content tools and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality, data-driven user experiences. This is a chance to shape tooling for sustainable decisions at scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, build and maintain end-to-end web applications (front-end, back-end, database)
- Implement generative AI capabilities into content tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, high-quality UIs for complex data
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years of professional experience or proven track record
- Back-end development with Python
- Experience building React applications and strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
- Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience
- Expertise in REST/GraphQL APIs
- Experience developing and deploying solutions in AWS environments
- Proven ability to deliver against deadlines with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
