We are looking for an experienced Safekeeping Cash Desk Specialist to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our motivated team, you will be working within the bank's Custody, Reporting Regulatory Services division. /p /brh3Your role /h3 /brpYour responsibilities include the following: /p /brul /brliLead cash operations (withdrawals, deposits and foreign exchange) for the Zurich and Basel branches, in line with internal controls and with an excellent level of service /li /brliSupervise the central cash fund, monitor currency stock levels and ensure the smooth operation and replenishment of ATMs /li /brliOrganise and support the team (planning, coaching, performance follow-up, recruitment where needed) /li /brliOversee the handling of physical securities, precious metals, coins and cheques, as well as the coordination of cash and valuables transport /li /brliEnsure proper management of safe deposit boxes for clients and employees (processes and controls) /li /brliMaintain and update procedures, supporting effective internal controls /li /br /ul /brh3Your profile /h3 /brul /brliCompleted commercial apprenticeship, ideally complemented by further education in banking/finance or equivalent /li /brliSignificant experience (minimum 5-8 years) in a banking environment, including exposure to cash/treasury operations, central funds and physical securities handling /li /brliProven experience in managing an operational team /li /brliVery good understanding of operational risks and regulations related to cash activities /li /brliComfortable working with demanding high-end clientele and senior internal stakeholders /li /brliStrong leadership, ability to federate teams, take decisions and manage priorities /li /brliStrong IT skills and proficiency in common office applications /li /brliFluent in German and English; French is a plus /li /br /ul /brh3Diversity Inclusion /h3 /brpPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
