You will be part of a team covering the full life cycle of PAA employees globally. The HR team plays a critical role in recruitment, employees professional & personal development, and facilitating effective day to day operations. You will collaborate closely with experienced professionals who will guide you in understanding the complexities of HR management within a financial institution. This environment will offer you practical insights and valuable hands‑on experience in various aspects and contacts across the HR community in Switzerland but also outside of the country (mainly London, Luxembourg and Singapore).
Your role Provide essential administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting documents: Preparing and publishing job advertisements (internally and externally), establishing employment references and contracts in both English and French.
Data management: Maintaining accurate employee records and administrative data within our HR systems.
Recruitment: Organising in‑person and online interviews with international candidates and managing the onboarding of new employees.
Administrative support: Assisting with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, scheduling internal meetings and other HR initiatives.
Your profile
Currently pursuing or have recently completed a university degree or a CFC in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. HR assistant certificate would be an asset.
Previous experience in a demanding work environment will be an asset.
Proactive and capable of working autonomously and under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in organising data and preparing presentations.
English or French mother tongue, with a perfect command of the other language both spoken and written.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a keen sense of customer service.
Highly organised and attentive to detail, you thrive in administrative roles and enjoy the challenges they present. Capable of handling confidential information with discretion, you possess a genuine interest in human resources and are eager to learn and contribute to the team.
Absolute discretion and awareness of the need to respect confidentiality.
Must be resident in Switzerland.
