Overview
In this role you translate Pictet AM's marketing strategy for the German market, shaping local plans and campaigns. You will work closely with sales, product specialists and central marketing to boost client engagement and raise Germany's profile. Based in Frankfurt, you connect local efforts with Geneva-based marketing to deliver impactful, tailored initiatives that support commercial priorities and brand development.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and maintain the annual marketing plan for Germany and define local campaign priorities and calendar; coordinate with local stakeholders and manage relationships with agencies and external providers.
- Adapt and activate marketing content for the local market; oversee events, digital campaigns, and client engagement initiatives; coordinate CRM-driven activities and maintain client segmentation.
- Collaborate on regional/global marketing projects, support local brand development, and share market insights and campaign learnings with central teams.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration with a marketing specialization or equivalent qualification
- Several years of marketing experience in asset management and/or wealth management
- Solid understanding of investment funds and the European asset management industry
- Effective communication skills with internal and external audiences
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong implementation skills
- Proactive, independent, and structured work approach; ability to operate in an international matrix organization
- Native-level or fluent German and excellent English (written and spoken); French a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce and data analytics tools for measuring campaign impact desirable
- Residence in Germany; position based in Frankfurt
