About The Opportunity :
Leiter Vertrieb / Head of Sales
Up to €70,000 basic salary
12,000+ OTE (year 1)

Day To Day?
- Developing team sales and profit margin targets with the German Country Manager
- Outlining and implementing strategies
- Identifying new sectors and opportunities
- Achieving turnover and profit margin targets
- Recruiting and managing staff as the team grows
- Prospecting and pitching to new clients in Germany
- Developing proposals and negotiating contracts
- Onboarding new clients and setting them up on the platform
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Contributing to marketing activities
About You :
- Proven success in B2B sales within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Automotive OEMs and Dealer Groups is essential
- Comfortable working with multinational teams; proficiency in French is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong multitasking ability
- Proficiency with platforms and software including Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools, etc.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
- A high degree of self-motivation and perseverance
- An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to put in hard work, focus, and commitment
