Your place of work: Manno, Switzerland
Your Tasks
- Development of new design solutions for aircraft primary structures (wing in particular), system integration in cooperation with specialists from various departments.
- Modelling of 3D parts and assemblies.
- Creation of drawings for manufacturing and installation.
- Autonomous leadership of minor design projects and sub-projects as part of concept and feasibility studies.
- Design to manufacturing and costs.
With this you convince us
- BSc or MSc degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in the field of aerospace; younger profiles with similar backgrounds might also be considered.
- Sound knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D drafting.
- Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is an advantage.
- Previous experience on Wing primary structure design would be a strong advantage, as well as knowledge of control system kinematic design (ailerons or flaps).
- English language skills at level C1; knowledge of Italian or German would be an advantage.
