To complete our sustainability department team, we are looking for: An architect specializing in sustainable development on a full-time or part-time basis- Analyze the real estate portfolio of our clients and identify potential (technical, energy, regulatory)- Prepare documents summarizing your analyses and presenting proposals for intervention- Present said documents, discuss and define the points of intervention with your superiors and our clients- Establish and follow the entire process with cantonal authorities- Request and negotiate quotes, compile precise budgets- Prepare a work schedule with the various stakeholders- Coordinate the progress of several construction sites (direct the work, supervise companies, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, ensure insurance compliance, ensure respect for quality, deadlines, and budgets)- Apply legal standards and stay informed of any changes in this regard- Collaborate closely with the technicians of our Management department and keep them informed of new laws and rules to apply Your profile- You hold a degree in construction (degree in construction management, architect, engineer, or equivalent)- You have at least 5 years of experience in this field- You speak French perfectly- You are a responsible, independent, dynamic person, capable of taking initiatives and managing unforeseen events- You have a great sense of organization and negotiation, good communication skills, and a good professional network jidb5d400eaen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
