Job description and responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of management statements - Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements - Quarterly and annual closings - Account control - Accounting for rents and tenant updates - Configuration of buildings, boiler rooms, etc. - Control and payment of mortgages - Processing of building arrivals and departures - Preparation of buyer/seller statements - Preparation of owner/tenant statements - Payment of available funds to owners - Management of separate cash flow - Accounting for contract commencements and terminations
