- Licence: EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL credit
- Type rating: Valid EMB 500/505
- Medical: Class 1
- Languages: Fluent German & English; ICAO English LPR Level 4+
- Employment: Possible permanent employment

- Valid passport with unrestricted validity
- Readiness to perform under pressure; strong teamwork and personal responsibility

- Well-groomed appearance and polite, professional manners
- Operate the Phenom 300 as Captain or First Officer on executive and charter missions
- Uphold safety, compliance, and performance in line with EASA regulations, company SOPs, and CRM best practices
- Conduct thorough flight preparation, briefings, and performance calculations
- Deliver a discreet, customer-oriented experience with professionalism
- Collaborate closely with our experienced operations team within a fixed monthly deployment plan
