Your mission
- Exercise safe, compliant and efficient command of Learjet 45 operations under EASA regulations.
- Lead your crew with strong decision-making, CRM and a calm, customer-focused approach.
- Plan and execute flights: performance, fuel, weather/NOTAMs, alternates and risk management.
- Ensure impeccable standards of cabin and flight deck presentation and on-time performance.
- Maintain training currency and contribute to a proactive safety culture (SMS, FRMS, SOPs).
- Represent the operation professionally with clients, handlers and authorities worldwide.
What you bring
- EASA ATPL(A) and valid EASA Class 1 Medical.
- Learjet 45 type rating and recent experience on type preferred; ready-entry currency is a strong advantage.
- Proven PIC experience on multi-crew jet operations and strong IFR proficiency.
- ICAO English Level 4+; German language an advantage.
- Unrestricted passport with worldwide travel capability; right to live/work in the EU preferred.
- Exemplary airmanship, leadership and customer service mindset; clean safety and compliance record.
Note: Ready Entry indicates you are fully qualified and current on type (or can be made current with minimal differences training), enabling a swift start.
