What you'll do
- Support the Captain across all phases of flight planning, performance, and decision-making.
- Conduct thorough preflight, postflight, and turnaround checks; maintain accurate aircraft documentation and tech logs.
- Handle FMS setup, weight and balance, and fuel planning with meticulous attention to detail.
- Execute radio communications and uphold exemplary CRM and a safety-first mindset.
- Deliver punctual, service-oriented operations that reflect high professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute organizational talent to scheduling, trip coordination, and operational readiness.
What you bring
- Current LR‑JET type rating and the confidence to operate to high corporate aviation standards.
- EASA CPL with IR and ME;
Class 1 medical.
- Proficient German and English (written and spoken); minimum ICAO ELP Level 4.
- High motivation, commitment, and a collaborative, respectful cockpit attitude.
- Strong organizational competence; calm, structured work style under time pressure.
- Residence in the Cologne area or willingness to relocate to within ~1 hour of CGN is desirable.
- TRI/TRE credentials are an advantage but not required.
