Lufthansa City Airlines is inviting experienced First Officers to join an accelerated pathway to the left seat on our Airbus A320 fleet. Start in Munich with expansion to Frankfurt am Main in 2026, and play a hands-on role in shaping a growing airline and its culture.

- Aircraft: Airbus A320 Family
- Pathway: Experienced First Officer → Fast-Track Upgrade to Captain
- License: EASA ATPL(A) + Medical Class I
- Type Rating: A320 preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience: ≥ 4,500 hours total on CS-25 aircraft

Join a dynamic team dedicated to safe, efficient operations and a modern, collaborative cockpit culture. You will fly the A320 family and, subject to meeting performance and operational requirements, progress on a fast-track pathway to Captain as the airline grows.
- License: Valid EASA ATPL(A).
- Type rating: Valid A320 Type Rating preferred (open to non-type-rated pilots meeting experience criteria).
- Experience: Minimum 4,500 hours total flight time on CS-25 aircraft.
- Medical: Valid Class I Medical Certificate.
- Education: General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife or equivalent).
- Right to work: EU citizenship or an unrestricted residence and work permit.
- Passport: Valid without stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport.
- Language: Confident verbal and written English; minimum ICAO Level 4.
- Competencies: Strong decision-making, excellent teamwork, and a proactive mindset to contribute to company culture and growth.
- Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft to the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Model professional airmanship and support an efficient, collaborative flight deck.
- Engage in training and checking as required to progress toward command.
- Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture as the airline scales and opens new bases.
