SAP Key User Accounting / Reporting (m / f / d)

The SAP Key User Accounting / Reporting (m / f / d) will be part of the PIMCO Prime Real Estate Finance Team in Stuttgart. In this role, you’ll shape the future of our SAP finance landscape, where your expertise meets real estate innovation and international collaboration

Responsibilities :

• Professional management of the SAP modules FI (Financial Accounting) and relevant sub-ledgers, particularly FI-AA (Asset Accounting) and SAP-FAM (Financial Asset Management)
• Optimization and further development of existing booking procedures, as well as the development of new ones within the Allianz system landscape
• Leading and participating in internal and external PPRE projects
• Participation and management of central monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Support in traditional financial accounting tasks

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or a vocational training with excellent results and relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of the SAP modules FI and FI-AA; knowledge of SAP-FAM and RE-FX is advantageous
• Solid accounting expertise is required
• Project experience is desire
• Interest in real estate investments and knowledge of specific national and international accounting standards
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Independent, meticulous, and conscientious work style
• Knowledge of accounting regulations according to IFRS and HGB is desirable
• Excellent German and English language skills are required
• Teamwork, service orientation, high commitment, and flexibility are second nature to you
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and reliability in interactions with internal business partners both domestically and internationally
